Elon Musk seemed stress-free as he touched down in Los Angeles with son X a day after Ron DeSantis’ disastrous presidential campaign launch on Twitter.
The 51-year-old Tesla chief executive cut a casual figure as he stepped off a private plane at LAX. He was seen jumping into a maroon Tesla as a babysitter came down her steps with her son X Æ A-12 and some men followed him.
Apparently, Musk’s nine other children were not traveling with him. Last year, Nick Cannon praised Musk for helping end the “depopulation crisis” after welcoming his new set of twins.
The former CEO of Twitter didn’t seem to bother getting out of the game despite technical problems last night when the Florida governor used Twitter to announce his 2024 presidential campaign.
DeSantis tried to claim he “broke the internet” during his chaotic Twitter presidential campaign launch, but did so all the while smiling as he later tried to downplay the issues that caused a 30-minute delay in the announcement.

The 51-year-old Tesla chief executive cut a casual figure as he stepped off a private plane at LAX. He opted for a black T-shirt and black skinny jeans, paired with a personalized blue bomber jacket that featured his last name across the chest.

A babysitter was seen carrying Musk’s son off the plane as they walked toward a maroon Tesla.
It was not known if Musk was in Los Angeles for business or pleasure. Musk gave a thumbs up as he winced and got in the car after arriving in Los Angeles.
X Æ A-12 is three years old and one of two children Musk has with Canadian singer Grimes.
The ‘X’ in the boy’s name stands for ‘unknown variable’ and Æ is short for artificial intelligence.
The nanny’s name has not been released and it is unclear how long she has been caring for Musk’s children.

It’s not clear if Musk was in Los Angeles on business or a personal trip when he, his nanny, his son and one other person left the plane.

Musk was seen getting into a Tesla with others after their plane landed at the Los Angeles airport.

The babysitter helped X, whom Musk had with singer Grimes, into the back of the Tesla before the family left the area.

In addition to SpaceX, Musk is also the head of auto company Tesla and bought social media giant Twitter for $44 billion late last year.
It was on Twitter that Musk joined Ron DeSantis as the Florida governor announced he was running for the 2024 Republican nomination for president.
The long-awaited start to his White House career in 2024 began 26 minutes late and crashed multiple times as hundreds of thousands of users tuned in to listen to DeSantis’ conversation with the Twitter CEO.
Musk, at one point, said during the event that the “servers were overloaded” and the host blamed the failures on the number of people tuning in, which he said was “a good thing.”
‘Just try and get it going,’ listeners could hear as it became apparent that frustration was growing.
Moderator David Sacks, a tech entrepreneur close to Musk, began the talk by stating that DeSantis was engaged in a “social media first” by “making history” with the announcement.
However, the event is more likely to be remembered for its series of failures.
While Musk blamed the servers, another theory was that Musk’s 140 million Twitter followers caused problems with him hosting the Twitter Spaces event. Others blamed the face that Musk has cut thousands of employees since he took ownership of the company in October.

Twitter owner Musk’s trip to Los Angeles came a day after technical glitches caused problems with the start of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ 2024 presidential campaign on the platform.

In a short video posted after the wild announcement on Twitter, DeSantis joked, with a straight face, that he “broke the internet.” He was also seen making a face at the end of the clip.
DeSantis’ announcement was one of several high-profile moments for Twitter since Musk took ownership.
Earlier this month, Musk confirmed that NBCUniversal executive Linda Yaccarino had been named Twitter’s CEO, hinting that the platform will be rebranded as “X, the Everything App.”
Musk made the announcement on the morning of May 12 with a tweet that read, “I look forward to working with Linda to transform this platform into X, the app of everything.”
He said that Yaccarino “will mainly focus on business operations, while I will focus on product design and new technologies.”
Yaccarino had resigned as NBC’s head of advertising earlier that day, following growing speculation that she would be chosen for the Twitter job. Musk said in December that he would step down as chief executive once he found someone “dumb enough” to replace him.
His appointment comes after he interviewed Musk at a marketing event in April and bragged about his “work ethic,” a meeting some have speculated may have played a role in his appointment.
