The most viewed houses for sale in Britain have been revealed, and buyers will need a substantial budget if they want to buy them.
The most popular houses for sale on Rightmove in April have asking prices ranging from the cheapest at £895,000 to the most expensive at £5 million.
The cheapest stamp duty on property is £32,250 which means the total cost of buying the property will be over £925,000, and this does not include other costs such as solicitor’s fees or cost of a moving company
